The first collection of Joshua Files on MG's shelf includes editions from the UK and Australia/New Zealand (Scholastic Children's Books), France (Editions Milan), Germany (Dressler), Indonesia (Gramedia), Czech Republic (Argo) and Slovakia (Slovart). With translation rights sold in 15 different languages, one thing seems certain...MG is going to need some more shelf space.

Ever wondered what a Muwan looks like? Here at themgharris.com we've had the occasional query.
Thanks to Joshua's Czech publisher, ARGO, we can see one artist's impression of the Muwan Mark One and Two, featured on the dust jacket of the hardback edition of Nividitelna Mesto.
But keen-eyed players of the Joshua Files Alternate Reality Game (ARG), THE DESCENDANT, may also have spotted another image of the Muwan, on one of the secret websites you can discover by playing the game.

Mothers of Joshua readers in Germany might recognise the voice of Josh Garcia on the 'Geheimakte Joshua' audio books published by Cecile Dressler. The star is Hamburg-born actor Patrick Bach, a teenage hearthrob from the 1980s when he starred in a popular German TV adaptation of Leon Garfield's novel about 13-year old pirate, Jack Holborn.
This October sees the much-anticipated release of ICE SHOCK (book and audiobook) in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

EmailYoung readers in Southwark, London UK joined MG Harris in celebrating the new Quest Seeker's Summer Reading Challenge by delving into secrets of The Joshua Files.
We also played the game 'So You Think You Know The Joshua Files', for the coveted full set of rare Joshua Files fact cards signed by MG. The winner, 13-year-old Precious, is pictured holding a copy of Invisible City next to MG above.

EmailThe Scottish Book Trust has teamed up with children's authors Anthony Horowitz and MG Harris to pioneer a new way to present books and their authors to school students. Authors meet a group of children live at a venue and the event is broadcast to a wider audience of students via the Web. Top author Anthony Horowitz's event has already been declared a huge success - over 11,000 children watched his event!
MG Harris will be in Glasgow on June 9th to meet children at Lenzie Academy, then taking questions from children all over Scotland via the GLOW Meet schools network.
