To celebrate the publication of ZERO MOMENT as well as the new mass market paperback editions of JOSHUA FILES books 1, 2 and 3, the kind people at Scholastic Children's Books UK have provided us with a bunch of BOOTY to give away as a prize.

This contest is a winner-takes-all quiz, which will test your knowledge of all three books (but not ZM in-depth) as well as your knowledge of THE DESCENDANT, an online Alternate Reality Game in which Josh and his godsister Gabi become entangled in more evil-doings of the Sect of Huracan...

Competition Rules

1. Prizes will be awarded to those who answer most questions correctly, in order of number of correct answers.
2. In the event of a tie for number of correct answers, the prizes will be awarded by a random draw of names of the contestants with most correct answers.
3. The closing date for entry is 1st March 2010
4. The contest is open to exclusively members of themgharris.com aged 18 or less, living in the UK or Ireland (Sorry! The goodies are gifts from the UK publishers, Scholastic Children's Books to their readers to celebrate the new editions and the worldwide launch of ZERO MOMENT. In future we'll offer prizes to all Joshua readers in the world, but for now, it's the turn of those in the UK.)

7. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of their emailed entry
8. If the winner does not respond within 28 days of being notified, alternative winners will be selected by random draw.
9. It is a condition of entry that the winner, and, if under 18, their parents or guardians, agrees to the use of their name and photograph in publicity material.
10. The winner’s name may be posted on the www.themgharris.com website.
11. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
12. No cash alternative.
13. If the prize is unavailable, a similar prize of the same value will be offered.
